Business Controller

to join to our Group Finance team in Helsinki or Peräseinäjoki. As Business Controller your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing group-wide financial and operational performance, identifying trends and gaps, and proactively recommending improvement actions.
• Preparing insightful materials and reports for monthly management and board meetings.
• Leading and coordinating forecasting and budgeting processes across the Group.
• Supporting construction projects and factory operations with expert controlling skills and knowledge.
• Challenging and advising management and operational teams, providing fact-based conclusions to drive positive change.
• Developing and maintaining tools, systems, processes, and controls within your area of responsibility.

Key success factors in this role include:

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience in business controlling or a similar finance role; experience in investment banking, management consulting, or auditing is also valued.
• Deep expertise in controlling construction projects and/or industrial manufacturing operations on an international scale.
• Strong background in management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and related tools and systems.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with outstanding negotiation and communication abilities to influence and inspire others.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is an asset.
