At Nordec, you will be a part of a dynamic and international team working on construction sites in the Nordics. What can you expect?

Site management work experience: As a Site Foreman Trainee, you will work closely with experienced managers and experience a construction project from planning to execution.

Varied tasks: Construction site working methods can vary depending on the size of the project. Your responsibilities can for example include site management, quality assurance, documentation, and monitoring workplace safety.

Who are we looking for?

Are you studying civil engineering and interested in taking on a varied and educational role? You are proactive and solution oriented. English is essential, and knowledge of Swedish and Finnish is considered an advantage.
