We are looking for Site Managers to projects in Finland, Scandinavia as well as international projects in Northern Europe. As a site manager, you will take responsibility for the on-site execution of projects during the installation phase, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project plan. You will play a key role in the success of complex projects, including data centers and industrial facilities.

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for:

Leading on-site execution and managing daily operations, including your team and subcontractors.
Planning and controlling installation schedules, resources, quality, safety, and logistics from factory to site.
Coordinating site handover, equipment and material readiness, and resolving operational issues.
Implementing inspection procedures and ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
Overseeing finishing tasks such as fire protection and touch-up work.
Managing site meetings and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Key success factors in this role are:

Relevant construction qualification (e.g., civil engineer, or master’s degree in construction) and proven experience in site management.
Multiple years of experience in personnel leadership, scheduling, quality, safety, and cost management.
Previous experience from complex construction projects or data center projects is highly valued.
Fluent in English.
Finnish, Swedish and other European language skills are an advantage.
Proficiency in Dalux, Tekla Structures, and MS Project.
Willingness to travel, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
