We are looking for Site Foremen and Site Supervisors for projects in Finland, Scandinavia, as well as international projects in Northern Europe.

As a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the on-site execution of projects during the installation phase, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project plan.

These roles are critical to the success of complex projects, including, but not limited to data centers and industrial facilities.

Main difference between Site foreman and Site Supervisor is the grade of seniority in the position, where the Site foreman is the less senior position and the Site Supervisor is the more experienced one.

As a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor, you are responsible for:

• Supporting the Site Manager in leading on-site execution and managing daily operations.
• Supervising work teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Monitoring material deliveries, equipment readiness, and resolving operational issues.
• Enforcing health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
• Assisting in planning and controlling installation schedules, resources, and logistics.
• Reporting progress and deviations to the Site Manager.

Key success factors in these roles are:

• Relevant construction qualification (e.g., vocational degree or civil engineering background).
• For Site Foreman: 1 - 3 years of experience in site supervision or foreman roles. 
  • Engineering degree preferred, but lack of degree can be covered by extensive relevant experience 
• For Site Supervisor: 3+ years of experience in site supervision and project execution, preferably in complex projects.

• Strong knowledge of planning, quality, and safety management.
• Fluent in English.
• Finnish, Swedish, and other European languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Dalux, Tekla Structures, and MS Project is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in periods, or as expat on our construction sites.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
