We are looking for a Project Manager to support our team in Germany.

Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the complete execution of steel industrial, logistics and commercial projects

• Leadership and coordination of the project team throughout all project phases

• Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services together with procurement

• Client support and coordination with specialist engineers and planning partners

• Ensuring quality, schedule and cost control

• Risk management and proactive development of solutions in case of deviations

Key success factors in this role are

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

• Extensive experience in structural works and/or turnkey construction (industrial/commercial sector) – preferably in steel construction

• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset

• Structured, independent and solution-driven working style

• Leadership capability and team spirit

• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

• Willingness to travel

• Fluency in German language, English is an advantage
