We are now looking for a
Project Assistant
to join our Project Department in Prague and support daily operations and project delivery.
About the role
As a Project Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by providing administrative and business support across the project lifecycle. You work closely with project teams, finance, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate project data and support project execution.
The role focuses on supporting project processes in practice, including handling project-related data, invoicing, and documentation, and ensuring that day-to-day administrative activities run efficiently.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support the Project Department in administrative tasks related to project sales and execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data in SAP and other systems
Handle project invoicing, purchase orders, and expense processes
Prepare financial follow-ups, including project P&L and weekly forecasting reports
Support month-end closing activities and reporting
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on administrative matters
Participate in project meetings and support project coordination (e.g. POC updates)
Provide general administrative and operational support (e.g. documentation, travel arrangements, presentations)
What we expect from you
Relevant educational background (e.g. business or technical) or at least 2 years of experience in similar tasks
Good command of Czech and English
Good skills in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Customer-oriented and proactive way of working
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
