We are now looking for a

Finance Specialist

to join our team in Prague.

About the role

As a Finance Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring alignment between project-related financial data and statutory accounting, as well as supporting the overall financial function. You work closely with internal stakeholders and the external accounting provider to ensure that financial processes are timely, accurate, and well coordinated.

The role also includes coordinating the daily activities of the external accounting partner and ensuring that accounting requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Ensure alignment between project financial data and statutory accounting
Coordinate daily activities and communication with the external accounting provider
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information
Support the coordination and development of financial processes
Participate in financial system-related development and testing (e.g. MS Dynamics 365)

What we expect from you

Secondary/University education in economics and at least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate or project accounting
Good command of Czech and English
Good skills in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage
Experience in implementing new systems is considered an advantage
Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills
Proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
