Treasury Manager
to join to our Finance team in Helsinki. This is a fixed-term position covering a parental leave. The assignment is expected to continue until the end of 2027 or early 2028, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a broad corporate treasury role within an international group. As Nordec’s Treasury Manager, your responsibilities will include:
External and internal financing
Cash and liquidity management and forecasting
Insurances and project guarantees
FX and other hedging
Treasury controlling, risk management, reporting and treasury policy
Credit control
Company car administration
Key success factors in this role include:
A master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, economics, or engineering
At least a few years of experience in treasury management or treasury controlling or a similar role
Knowledge and understanding of international banking and currency markets
Knowledge of IFRS and other accounting standards related to treasury’s area of responsibility
Understanding of the financial aspects of construction project business is considered an advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with treasury, ERP, or other relevant systems is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English language, knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is a clear benefit
